Instructions:
1. The first thing that you will want to do is combine your milk and vinegar in a small sized bowl. Stir thoroughly to combine and set aside to sit for the next 5 minutes.
2. Use a large sized mixing bowl and combine your dry ingredients together. Stir thoroughly to combine.
3. Then use a separate medium sized bowl and combine your liquid ingredients together using a whisk. Whisk until thoroughly beaten and evenly mixed.
4. Pour your liquid mixture into your dry mixture and stir thoroughly to combine.
5. Next heat up a large sized pan over medium heat and coat it with small cooking spray.
6. Once your pan is hot pour at least ΒΌ cup of your pancake batter and allow to cook just until bubbles begin to form on the surface. Once the bubbles form flip your pancake and continue cooking until both sides are golden brown in color.
7. Remove your pancake and repeat until all of your pancake batter has been used up. Serve with your favorite kind of syrup and enjoy.
